SDI's Digital **Process and Publishing** organization is looking for a dynamic **Senior Lead Digital Product Manager** to join the Process Improvement and Execution team. As a product management group responsible for supporting a critical portion of our content management process, we will make immediate and long-lasting impacts to support our clients and their journey throughout their lifecycle with Wells Fargo. We are seeking to transform our business model to meet evolving client needs and establish a world class digital brand that supports the entire onboarding and servicing lifecycle for our consumer and wealth management digital clients.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment

+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise

+ Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

+ Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others

+ Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact

+ Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

+ Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation

+ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

+ Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

+ Agile and Jira experience

+ Product management or related experience in financial services

+ Ability to diplomatically address differences and gain consensus across multiple groups

+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule

**Pay Range**

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
