Primary responsibilities will be related to Microsoft Exchange admin work.
Resources will be working in a hybrid Exchange environment and should be comfortable performing the following tasks in both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure -
+ AD group membership adjustments
+ AD group creation
+ AD DL membership adjustments
+ AD DL creations
+ AD name changes (Secondary SMTP address, UPNs, Aliases, etc)
+ AD Computer object MAC (move, add, change)
+ Dynamic DL’s troubleshooting and adjusting
+ Shared mailbox creation and adjustments
+ Local File share permissioning for users
+ Group Policy understanding and troubleshooting
+ Sys Engineering owns this but I need someone who understands GPO, troubleshooting and working with owner on making changes
+ Escalation point for all local Windows end point issues.
+ These should only be escalated to us if local hands are needed on the device or if it’s an issue related to the Cerence environment
+ Local AD Service Account creation and adjustments
+ Possible provisioning of certain Cerence tools
+ There are some tools used by Cerence employees that simply need an account created. Currently our Tier 3 are doing this
+ DNS Entries (we will have a system for simple A records)
+ SSL Certificates (work with SysEngineering)
+ Office 365 licenses (for example applying a license for Visio and helping the user install)
+ File Restores
+ Involved in Term process
+ Re-route email, set out of office, provide manager access to OneDrive
+ “All” DL access
