This is a fully remote position. Candidates mayresideanywhere within the United States.

The **Senior Systems Administrator** willbe responsible forthe technical administration of HR systems supportingall HR Compensationfunction. This role leads, supports and administers technical projects and programs. Projects that will be managed under this position require full project life cycleexpertiseand collaboration throughout NORAM HR, the Global HRIS team, IS&T, and with segment teams and business partners. The incumbent will be considered the Subject Matter Expert withinthe compensation module of Success Factors.

This position willpossesstechnicalexpertiseto effectivelymanage compensation campaigns,troubleshoot, implement new systems, drive conversions and liaison with applicable vendors toidentifyand resolve technical issues in the system. This position will also work closely with division administrators and manage the security roles and domain assignment for those administrators. This position will also serve as an escalation resource for troubleshooting and customer service support for users. They willbe responsible forcreating andmaintainingpolicies and procedures for the system, aligning system processes with business needs; leading the direction to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. Additionally, they willmaintaina service delivery model that provides effective self-service, help desk, and escalation within resource limitations.

**Key responsibilities include:**

+ Lead systems administration, responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of the systems and related processes. Possess, maintainand develop technicalexpertiseto effectively implement new systems andmaintaincurrent systems. Responsible for takingthe initiativeto researchnew technology, both internal and external to Sodexo, applying the new knowledge to our business processes.

+ Project lead forCompensationtechnical projects, of significant scope requiring full projectlife cycleincluding requirements, design, development, conversion, testing and deployment. All projects are technical in nature and require significant technical knowledge and experience. Regularly coordinates with Global team and influences related global projects and or processes.

+ Builds vendor relationships driving conversions and liaison with applicable vendors toidentifyand resolve technical issues in the system.

+ Responsible for aligning system processes with business needs; leading the direction to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. Provide consultative services to learning teams on the feasibility of system support for proposed training programs and technical capabilities.

+ Maintains a service delivery model that provides effective self-service, help desk, and escalation within resource limitations.Is responsible forcreating andmaintainingpolicies and procedures for the system with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency. Serves as an escalation resource for troubleshooting and customer service support for users.

This position willpossesstechnicalexpertiseto effectivelytroubleshoot andresolve technical issues in the system. This position will also work closely with division administrators and manage the security roles and domain assignment for those administrators.

As a Lead Systems Engineer focused on leading Devices sustainability efforts, you will take a critical role in influencing system design of VR, AR, and New Technology Initiatives to drive carbon reduction. You will influence teams developing product concepts through prototyping and validation for consumer electronics. You are someone who works well in teams, can brainstorm big ideas, work in new technology areas, thrive in ambiguity, and envision opportunities for carbon reduction during system architecture. 4. Expert technical communication with cross-functional teams across hardware engineering, Industrial Design, partnerships, and supply chain to drive carbon reduction in electrical systems from proof of concept through mass production

5. Own implementation of technical systems that analyze carbon impact of consumer devices during the product development process and support the analysis of proposed system architecture requirements against carbon reduction goals

6. Influence and design new methodologies for sustainability measurement, collect and analyze data, and present recommendations to leadership team

7. Act as a subject matter expert in sustainable design of consumer electronics and mentor and educate team members across Reality Labs

8. Build the bridge between Devices sustainability, Net Zero, and direct engineering teams to influence roadmaps and champion a sustainable design process

9. Support Extended Producer Reporting (EPR) initiatives

Join a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex systems for APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) gas turbine engines within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will have ownership of systems and components at every aspect of the systems life cycle, from the front end of business development through the product end of life. You will work across disciplines within the APU Control Systems department, part of the Engines & Power Systems business, to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of engineering for control systems components or APU line replaceable units (LRU). This includes design aspects, integration into the control system and application, test planning & execution, test setup & unit conformity, and test data management and reduction. Depending on the scope of projects, assignments may include more than one LRU/component. This role also supports production, fielded product investigations, and supplier transitions.

Responsibilities also include planning out design and qualification efforts, defining and managing deadlines/milestones, coordinating with team leads and project engineers on status, and timely escalations when the effort is off-track, or scope is added. In this role, the perfect candidate will own the product and qualification through all aspects of the project – and are ultimately responsible for execution and milestone fidelity.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced engineers with product development and systems integration of Aerospace products such as sensors, effectors, and control system components used on safety critical systems including, but not limited to, gas turbine engines. This would include electrical, electromechanical, fuel, hydraulic, and/or actuation systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas:

+ Design & Integration

+ Responsible for approved source list drawings, or build-to-print drawings – ensure supplier drawings and/or parts are compliant with Honeywell drawing and governing requirements

+ Responsible for reconciling LRU requirements with system-level or customer requirements

+ Responsible for integration of LRU design into larger system and application – must know the function of the part as well as its contribution to larger engine functions

+ Responsible for all elements of source status elevation (supplier qualification) of LRU

+ Responsible for knowledge of governing plans for LRU qualification on application
