Position General Responsibilities
+ Achieve certification and maintain compliance of accredited information systems based on federal and DoD security standards (CMMC)
+ Create and Maintain the System Security Plans (SSP) and associated documentation
+ Lead CMMC internal and 3rd party audits
+ Create and Maintain documentation (policies, procedures, and artifacts) following RMF
+ Collaborate with internal IT staff and 3rd party vendors to implement systems necessary to achieve compliance and certification
+ Provide primary backup support for Network Administrator and Help Desk Support
+ Experience with VMWare, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows workstation and server operating systems
+ Extensive Knowledge of NIST 800-171 controls/Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessment and authorization (A&A) Processes
+ DFARS and FISMA experience
+ Network Administration
+ System security hardening following STIGs
+ SEIM Management
Performance Skill Requirements
+ Perform continuous monitoring and cybersecurity hygiene of windows domains and networks.
+ Design, build and maintain information system environment
+ Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
+ Minimum Experience/Education/Certification Requirements
+ Four years of related Information security experience, preferable in manufacturing
+ Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent job experience required
Performance Measures (Accountability)
+ Initial certification and continuity of certification
+ Project management to deadlines
+ Employee training and compliance
+ Vulnerability scan reports
