Do you have an eye for detail and the ability to create comfortable cabins, from luxurious first class to economy seating. You will prepare all necessary documents to support the interior and structural modification of aircraft such as detail, assembly and installation drawings, specification documents and substantiation reports. Coordinate with outside suppliers, internal departments and regulatory agencies regarding the design, installation, integration, and certification of new interior components to support floorplan modifications. You are proficient creating mechanical drawings using AutoCad or CATIA. You will have a working knowledge of applicable regulatory certification rules (FAA, EASA, TCCA). You will be proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point). You will hold a Bachelor of Science Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent with two (2) years relevant experience or will have a minimum of eight (8) years of practical mechanical design experience in aviation. **Pay Details:** $65.00 to $80.00 per hour

Join the Tactical Space Systems Division in a challenging and rewarding role as a **Staff Mission Analysis Systems Engineer** . Support small-to medium-class space vehicles enabling scientific research, weather, and national security across Low Earth Orbit at our **Gilbert, AZ** campus. This role encompasses complex and cutting-edge system level mission analysis of space vehicles using STK and Matlab simulations. These simulations are used to drive overall mission and vehicle design, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), develop delta-V budgets, and create detailed space vehicle systems performance models involving power, attitude, propulsion, communication, payload and thermal sub-systems.

Responsibilities include:

+ Develop and maintain a suite of high-fidelity orbital and vehicle simulation and modeling tools

+ Create software tools for satellite mission modeling, with emphasis on orbital mechanics and satellite systems which can include attitude, power, propulsion, communications, payload and thermal modeling

+ Simulation and analysis to assess space mission architecture and/or providing alternatives for delivering a Customer mission effect

+ System-of-systems trades for space missions

+ Working with mission level partners to accurately model mission level elements

+ Propellant budget analyses, on-orbit fuel requirements, and mission lifetime estimates

+ Assessment of a vehicle's day-in-the-life and creation of design reference missions (DRMs)

The role of a Mission Analysis Systems Engineer requires a strong fundamental understanding and familiarity with Astrodynamics, particularly Low Earth Orbit, either by education or experience. This role requires on-site, in-person support in a secure facility. Systems Engineers are key members of a cross-disciplinary team helping drive the design, development, integration & test, launch, and on-orbit operations of complex space systems and capabilities. **Basic Qualifications:**

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Test Engineer to support on the VRE PSES contract. The ideal candidate would provide testing support utilizing various tools to ensure quality product is delivered to our VA customer. This position is full time and fully remote.

**Responsibilities**

Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment to ensure that the product will perform to specifications. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating the product. Designs test cases for test plans and creates test scenarios in which tests are carried out. **Summary**

The **Project Engineer** supports field activities and spends a majority of time working with the Project Manager supporting project administration on multiple small projects, or one medium to large-size projects. Activities include managing the job transition process; and supporting the management of cost and schedule, constructability, technical evaluations, quality, safety, work planning, procurement, contract management, regulatory compliance, etc.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

The **Project Engineer** will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role. + Generates and obtains approvals of monthly billing and earned values

+ Develops and manages the project schedule on small or mid-sized projects

+ Analyzes targets and goals, job cost summaries, and other reports

+ Alerts the Superintendent and Project Manager of project impact relating to resource management, crew make-up/size, etc.

+ Generates and obtains approval of the initial budget and subsequent updates, and reviews weekly job cost summaries and advises the Project Manager

+ Generates estimates of change orders and may interface with pre-construction on original bids

+ Collaborates with pre-construction and the project team to manage the job transition process, communicate project requirements, and develop the initial procurement plans, budgets, etc.

+ Generates material quantity take-offs, scoping documents, terms and conditions, delivery, etc. as applicable to support the procurement process

+ Generates requests for proposal(s), solicits and reviews quotations, and recommends a procurement decision to Project Manager

+ Prepares field purchase orders for standard purchase packages, and generates and obtains approval of Major Purchase Orders

+ Gathers and roughs-in monthly financial reports, and participates in the project financial reviews

+ Works with the Project Manager to approve and code project invoices

+ Generates and obtains approval of technical records such as constructability reports, RFI's, inspection records, work packages and deviation reports

+ Coordinates with the Superintendent, Field Project Engineer, and Line and Grade to generate required as-built records

+ Manages work package closure, punch lists, and project turnover process and approves pre- and post-pour checklists

+ Collects necessary documentation to identify and determine impact of potential contract changes, disputes, and claims

+ Leads LEAN/SQP committee and identifies improvement opportunities

+ Ensures all subcontractors are in compliance with terms of subcontracts, generates, and obtains approval on impact notices as needed

+ Reviews and confirms reports documenting compliance (Company and subcontractors) with prevailing wage, workforce utilization, MBE/SBE participation, etc., and advises the Project Manager of issues

+ Interfaces with Safety and Risk Management in establishing clinics, managing first report of injuries, and assisting with co-worker case management

+ Follows Company Recruitment and Hiring Guidelines

+ May conduct new-hire orientation and process E-Verify (must be certified)

+ May coordinate tracking and completion of training requirements with project management

**Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years’ of experience or 6 years’ of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Proficiency in Microsoft software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Overview Summary:

A Mechanical Engineer will participate in a wide array of activities supporting Research & Development, and Design & Development efforts. The ideal candidate should be a creative-minded individual with an interest in problem solving, and possess a good functional understanding of statics, strength of materials concepts, and the design/implementation of basic mechanical systems. A Mechanical Engineer may be involved in any/all stages of product life cycle, from inception through retirement, including testing and analysis activities, physical assembly/prototyping, production support, and technical support for currently fielded designs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Application of engineering principles for the design and development of new parts and products, as well as improvement and or modification of existing parts and products

• Performance of R&D activities for concept exploration and to identify feasibility of new products, and further determine whether those products fit within the capabilities and competencies of the company

• Create, or assist in the creation of, specification documents for parts, products, or systems

• Execution of Design and Development projects

• Establish and carry out Verification and Validation plans, activities, and/or test activities to ensure design success and suitability

• Coordinate, carry out, and/or participate in design review activities

• Prepare and complete documentation of reports and summaries for test activities, verification and validation activities, design reviews and other critical Design and Development events as they are carried out

• Creation of complete and thorough technical data packages of parts and assemblies to include Engineering/Manufacturing Drawings, Bill of Material documentation, documentation of manufacturing and assembly processes, and/or work instructions

• Coordinate and track the production of prototype parts/assemblies for testing, evaluation, and first article inspection activities

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications:

Job Description Project Engineer

•Reporting to and under the general direction of the Director of Engineering, the Product Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining competitive and innovative products to meet customer requirements and engineering milestones.

•The product engineer is responsible for delivering engineering designs and assignments requiring general familiarity with a broad field of engineering with mechanical and gas engineering as the foundation.

•The Product Engineer will also participate in independent studies & concept formulation, analysis, prototyping, testing, transition to production and sustaining engineering.

•Using Solidworks, create 3D solid models and detailed 2D drawings from concept through detailed design, metal materials, design reviews, manufacturability, cost, regulatory standards, schedule, lean manufacturing, etc.

•This requires knowledge of how to operate gas meters, gas analyzer, measure combustion products, calculate gas values, and calculate the air free number.

•Create Bill of Materials, Assembly Instructions, Test Reports, Design Review Presentations, Request for Quotes (RFQs), Corrective Action Report (CARs), Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and the like.

•Interact with suppliers with respect to samples, tooling, sourcing, project timing, design changes, and testing, etc.

•Create Gantt charts for project timing and take responsibility for the project management, Engineering tasks, and successfully transition on the new product into production.
