    Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or related field, with at least 1-year relevant work experience
    Ability to work with multiple discipline projects which encompass civil, electrical, and building construction
    Civil construction experience - water, highway projects are ideal.

    Kforce's client, a growing and established defense aerospace company in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a few Principal Power Electronic Design Engineers. We are seeking candidates willing to relocate to Arizona. Full relocation package is offered. Once again, the positions are located in the State of Arizona. We are working directly with the Hiring Authorities.This role is currently 100% remote and will switch back to an office environment when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

    * Design power conversion circuitry potentially utilizing any standard power conversion topologies (non-isolated and isolated) with the main emphasis on board mounted power end use applications
    * Architect circuit card assembly-level power schemes
    * Analyze power converter performance to requirements using circuit simulation and hand analysis techniques
    * Guide Electronic Computer-Aided Design (ECAD) personnel through PWB layout of power circuitry and technical drawing creation
    * Perform high level thermal analyses of critical power components
    * Design power converters to meet a set of requirements, sometimes defining those requirements
    * Perform design work within the bounds of a given schedule, and sometimes define the schedule
    * Present reviews of technical data to program leadership and technical staff
    * Act as a liaison between program and functional management

    * BSEE or degree in a similar field

    * Professional design, analysis, and test experience with analog electronic design and analysis, including FET, BJT, and Op-amp circuits
