**Here’s what you’ll need** :

· Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering or related engineering discipline

· At least 4 years of design/consulting experience

**As the Battery Storage (BESS) Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to:**

• Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians to produce deliverables on diverse and challenging Battery Storage (BESS) projects.

• Manage project execution of engineering design, material, equipment, and construction specification development for various battery storage projects. The assignments are varied and will include engineering, construction support, and Engineer Procure & Construct (EPC) projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Execution:**

• Develops and Manages budget, schedule, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines for assigned projects.

**What are your contributions to the team?**

• Prepare all necessary documents to support the interior and structural modification of Bombardier aircraft such as detail, assembly and installation drawings, specification documents and substantiation reports.
