    As a key member of the Technology Infrastructure & Network Services team, you’ll be responsible for the management, configuration and troubleshooting of Sonora Quest’s corporate and data center networks. You will be responsible for the implementation and administration of Microsoft-centric solutions and related technologies. Our team is responsible for driving scalable architecture, minimizing risks, providing visibility across a multitude of environments, systems and applications while using lean principles at scale in a fast-paced environment

    What you’ll be doing• Serve as a subject matter expert for network infrastructure (e.g., OSI Layers 1-5) including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless controllers, VPN, B2B connectivity, IP address management, DHCP, DNS and related technologies.• Maintaining network integrity, security and resiliency by understanding the interaction between applications and network infrastructure then delivering optimal network solutions.• Managing Wide Area Network connectivity (circuits, routers, firewalls) to 82+ locations across Arizona• Performing a variety of maintenance and audits of network infrastructure such as upgrades (firmware, IOS, etc.) to keep network current and auditing equipment for end of life status.• Monitoring WAN circuit utilization while optimizing traffic flow/QoS then recommending and deploying appropriately sized WAN circuits.• Maintaining and responding to system health checks and performance alerting (e.g., SolarWinds Orion).• Developing scripts to gain efficiencies for reporting and automating repetitive tasks.• Participating in the on-call support rotation, responding to support calls both during and after business hours/weekends/holidays/shutdowns.• Participating in architecture discussions with peers, Enterprise Architecture, and other engineers to ensure network infrastructure is supporting business needs.• Working in a self-organizing team environment where you determine your tasks in coordination with your team.
