**Position Summary:**

+ Responsible for reliability and support of Container PaaS Platform on-prem/off-prem (Azure /AWS /Google)

+ Monitor and troubleshoot Container PaaS platform (Openshift) and Azure (AKS) environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.

+ Perform deep dives into systemic and latent reliability issues, Incident management, problem management

+ Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.

+ Perform blameless RCA, partner with engineering and operation teams across the organization to roll out fixes.

+ Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for the PaaS services; scope and create automation for deployment, management, and visibility of our services.

+ Evaluating and automating the scaling and capacity requirements within PaaS environments

+ Partner with risk, and compliance teams to bring visibility and implement right controls and policies in the PaaS Platform

+ Ensure resiliency during implementation and identify/fix resiliency problems by collaborating with engineering teams

+ Be a key stakeholder in the design of cloud services and work with Architecture, engineering, product teams

+ Participate in 24x7 on-call coverage follow the sun model

**Required Skills:**

+ BS /MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving systems or equivalent practical experience.

+ Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting Kubernetes /Openshift / Container PaaS platform

+ Experience with Python, Ansible and shell scripting

+ **Kubernetes /Openshift /Terraform certifications are a plus**

+ Strong experience in major services related to Compute, Storage, Network and Security

+ Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Dynatrace, as well as cloud native tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics

+ Strong understanding and background of working with a complex Active Directory and IAM controls

+ Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos and Windows Authentication

+ Experience with CI/CD tools git /Jenkins, GitOps model

+ Excellent understanding of Linux /Windows operating systems administration

+ Systematic problem-solving approach, sense of ownership and drive

**Amentum** is seeking a **Reliability Planning Analyst I** to support our team of multi-skilled technicians in a manufacturing facility.

The **Reliability Planning Analyst I** , is responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance work controls processes. The primary role is to improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination (scheduling) of labor, parts and material, tools and equipment, required permits, specialized documentation and equipment access.

This position is empowered to manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and materials, define crafts and skills, and engage the proper resources to develop a safe, effective and efficient work control plan.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Upholds safety, health, and environmental procedures; communicates directly; and supports the EHS policies to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and Company and Site Specific rules and regulations at all times.

+ Acts as the principal liaison between the maintenance department and operation planning.

+ Maximizes resources by identifying parts, materials, special tools, external services, rentals and documentation by establishing, maintaining and improving the maintenance planning and scheduling flow and process tasks.

This position is responsible for performing electrical testing of a new battery charger product to Aerospace standards under the guidance of a Sr. Electrical Engineer. Additionally, the position requires the ability to support the development of the Automated Test Procedure (ATP) required for production testing of the same battery charger product. **Responsibilities**

+ Support design and implementation of improvement planning, data analysis, assessments, and organizational strategies.

+ Understanding the nature of incident troubleshooting processes using SRE best practices and voicing identified impacts to a larger audience during triaging events

+ Support and provide guidance for tracking complex business procedures to achieve goals and overcome barriers in the collection of technical information from the relevant stakeholders, or in support of content for white papers and other communication devices; and assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of executive communication to effect process improvement.

+ Must be a critical thinker and the ability to effectively communicate during triage events.
