    The Tactical Space Systems division has an opening for an Engineering Manager of the Environmental Test Group at our Gilbert Arizona Satellite Manufacturing Facility. This Engineering Manager 2 position reports functionally to the Director of I&T and is responsible for leading the Environmental Test Organization. This position encompasses Functional Management of Engineers and Technicians within the organization for the three Environmental Areas; Vibration/Acoustics, Thermal Vacuum and Electromagnetic Interference/Compatibility Work Centers. The role includes all aspects of staff management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching/mentoring, career development and compensation management.

    This position also encompasses the specialized equipment and tools utilized in the work-centers, the associated maintenance and upgrades as well as the utilization of the of the equipment and the work centers. Duties also include scheduling the work center resources, both equipment and personnel and managing the execution of tasks within the work centers, planning customer needs and reporting and or escalating conflicts within each work center.

    It is preferred that the candidate has knowledge and experience in more than one of the following areas: Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Test Engineering. The candidate should have working knowledge in their field to manage the team to successfully development, plan and execute test activities within the three environmental test work centers.

    We're seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to support the Core Banking Transformation (CBT) Program. This is a multi-year effort to modernize our deposits platform with a digitally-led and simplified ecosystem for consumer, small business, commercial, and transaction banking to deliver exceptional customer experience.

    This software development engineer in test leads designing, integrating, maintaining and managing test automation, tools and data management for the Core Banking Transformation (CBT) program. The ideal candidate is adept in both quality assurance engineering and software development, with a background in driving quality in mission critical systems.

    **Major Responsibilities:**

    + Build robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional, regression and performance testing

    + Build, customize, deploy, and manage test environments and automation frameworks
