    In your role as Silicon Carbide Reliability Engineer with direct customer interfacing:

    + You are responsible for identifying potentially missing Intrinsic Reliability information based on publications or on inputs from customers. You launch the related internal (new) initiatives with the relevant Reliability Labs. You work very closely with R&D colleagues from the Business Unit and leverage on their deeper academic knowledge and connection to universities. For this task, standardization of the approach is a strict requirement.

    + You support the technical leads in the Business Units to review Quality & Reliability sections of customers’ specifications (as for example in the frame of a Request For Quote – RFQ). You are in regular contact with Field Application Engineers (FAE) on any reliability aspects to be clarified at customer’s side.
