    An opportunity is available for a Junior Civil Engineer, Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or a GIS data analyst to join our Infrastructure Management and Pavement Engineering (IMPE) team in Phoenix, AZ.     * Pavement Management System (PMS) experience is desirable but not a must.
    * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
    * Be able to demonstrate a strong working proficiency with the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office products.

    In this role, you will specifically be responsible for developing solutions, including automated adherence validation routines to monitor effectiveness of AIS controls and policies in mitigating applications security risks. You will also be involved in the technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, modeling, and/or data visualization.

    Primary job responsibilities include:

    • Leading the design, development, and implementation of custom software that integrates security, software development, and risk management systems

    • Defining and executing strategies for automated adherence verification of application security controls in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline

    • Managing the policy, process, and tools for remediation of identified application security risks
