You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced network technology solutions and resolving highly complex production and support issues and directly participate in analysis and documentation of improvement opportunities by recommending and driving best of breed technology approaches with proper standards and best practices. This role will interface directly with the customers at times as well as internal stakeholders.
