    Acara Solutions is looking for Manufacturing Technician for our Client located in Chandler, AZ.-Using documented work instructions and engineering drawings, perform a variety of electronic and electro/mechanical assembly operations on moderate to complex assemblies and sub-assemblies used in the Aerospace industry.-To include very intricate soldering of thru hole and surface mount components.-Assembler will perform wiring/cabling, component installation (both SMT and through hole type), and replace components on circuit card assemblies (CCA’s).-Work includes mechanical assembly of modules and housings by inserting CCA’s, potting, and applying torque as required.-Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and propose solutions.-Most work is performed under microscope or other magnifying device.
    Required Skills / Qualifications:


    * High school diploma or GED.
    * Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Manufacturing Technician.

    Preferred Skills / Qualifications:


    * Knowledge of ESD and FOD Control.
    * Understand and interpret engineering drawings, written instructions, parts lists, and schematics.
    * Current IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies.
    * Current J-STD-001 Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies.
    * Current IPC-7711/IPC-7721 Rework and Repair of Electronic Assemblies.

Hours are 6am-4:00 pm with some overtime. Pay is up to $30.00/hr DOE.Overall Responsibilities:Perform one or more of the following, regularly and independently: build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify production electronic components and products, parts, equipment, and systems, such as computer equipment, instrumentation, digital / analog electronic products, electro-mechanical products, test equipment, and applying principles and theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, engineering mathematics, electronic and electrical testing, and physics.
