    The NextGen Ag process engineer functions in a lead role, and has a primary focus of technical execution of project deliverables, on time and on budget. This role requires application of specialized engineering skills critical to the redesign efforts.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Process Mining – Primary Role

    + Determines business goals, analyses, and identifies KPIs to be monitored

    + Defines, Designs, and Develops the dashboard and visualization based on business requirement

    + Identifies the objects and events that follow through the process

    + Identifies all relevant tables and filters required for the process

    + Develops the code to perform event collection and aggregates data into standard format required for process mining tool/platform

    + Develops Celonis Data Model and processes to ingest data from various applications/source systems
