The Data Governance and Data Quality Analyst will specialize in serving EY clients in the areas of Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Definition and Usage, and Data Management.

    **To qualify for the role you must have**

    + A minimum of eight years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas: information strategy, data architecture, information/data governance, master data management, data quality, data integration

    + Working knowledge of the modernized information management tool landscape (e.g. Talend, Collibra, Oracle DRM, SAP MDM, Informatica, Hyperion, Essbase, SQL.

    + A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for modernizing information management

    + Proficiency with advising clients on the full data supply chain from data wrangling to data consumption via analytics.

    + Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem- solving skills - actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively finding and using data to manage complex analysis

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $139,800 to $319,400.     **The opportunity**

    Cloud strategy services may include helping clients develop the business case/cloud strategy and ensure alignment to the overall business and IT strategy; cloud readiness assessments across key domains including risk/compliance, technology, process and organization; designing and building cloud governance, cloud risks and controls, Cloud Center of Excellence, charter and RACI.

    As clients move into cloud adoption, we provide cloud architecture services to enable ubiquitous, convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources (e.g., networks, servers, storage, applications, and services) that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction; design and execute cloud adoption plans including application disposition (“6Rs”), prioritization and application migration; design and deploy cloud environments with secure guardrails to ensure compliancy for innovative cloud native development.

    Lastly, as clients ramp up their cloud environments across the enterprise, we provide cloud optimization services to drive scale, optimal use of CSP services consumed by the applications and developers; deploy new cloud operation models; financial related services such as deploying new tagging for chargeback/show-back and reserved instances.

    **Your key responsibilities**

    You will focus on the evaluation, strategy, design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud Technology based solutions. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life. Part of your role will also be to support the sales cycle for new projects through material preparation, building thought leadership and support of market campaigns to expand and sell our offerings. You will have the opportunity to lead and coach junior team members with different backgrounds.

    **To qualify for the role, you must have**

    + Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of work experience in consulting or project-based environments.

    + 5 or more years of leadership/management experience in at least three of the following areas: application development, data and analytics, network topologies and configuration, virtualization, storage management, security, regulatory compliance, operations management, cloud technology delivery, and enterprise data migration.

    + 5 or more years of technical or business analyst experience in at least one of the following platforms: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Services, IBM cloud services, other cloud service platforms, VMWare, Hyper-V, Windows Server, Linux, Splunk, FIM, Java, C#, Python, JSON, or SQL.

    + 5 of more years of work in the following disciplines: Project Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, or Operations.

    + Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

    + Confidence to lead meetings with client sponsors, management, and individual contributors.

    + Willingess to travel up to 50%

    **Ideally, you’ll also have**

    + Degree emphasis in Business with MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Finance; Master’s degree in one of these areas preferred

    + Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,100 to $267,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
