CORE FUNCTIONS

1. Performs testing in an accurate and timely manner according to established policies and performance standards with a knowledge level determined for that testing. Responsible for startup, calibration and accuracy of procedures and instrumentation. Demonstrates comprehension of theory and clinical relevance of testing. Demonstrates problem resolution and decision making skills for routine operational and technical problems. Your Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible for set-up and operating equipment/tools to create / modify raw materials to produce powders for development and pilot production.

Set up machinery such as kilns, Rotary evaporators equipment, mills, mixers and oversee its functioning. Follow documented instructions, as well as calibrate equipment to follow product specifications. Follow strict company and industry safety regulations, as well as a tightly controlled sequence of functions and equipment programming functions.

Must be able to communicate effectively with other operators and supervisors, as well as attend regular training sessions for updates on equipment use. Conduct day to day activities and provide training to team members on relevant industry processes and equipment operations safety.

Must be self-sufficient and work well with minimal supervision and must be able to detect and correct program errors in a timely fashion.

Properly and safely load and unload raw materials into machinery, as well as change out tools as required. Prefer experience using high precision scales, calipers, micrometers and other small tools.

Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on area machinery.

Follow directions, SOP's, and documented protocols.

Able to clearly report progress on all activities within area.

As a vital member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in conducting failure analysis to identify electrical and thermal mechanical package failures.
