**Job Summary**

* Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program. BSN preferred
* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association
* CNOR preferred
* APEX innovations training as assigned and completed within 90 days of hire and annually
* APEX NIH stroke scale assigned and completed within 90 days of hire and annually
* EKG exam at time of hire
* Valid registered nurse license in State of Arizona or Valid multistate license from a recognized compact state acceptable to Arizona
