    Must provide performance-oriented training using the TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction (POI).     **PAY RANGE**

    The Target Pay Range for this position is $40.05-$48.89 hourly. The full Pay Range is $31.06-$57.98 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
