Must provide performance-oriented training using the TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction (POI). The full spectrum of training includes but is not limited to: classroom (platform and small group) training; hands-on/practical exercise training; role playing; simulation/virtual training; and field exercise training. c) Able to obtain NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS accounts.

e) Six years of applicable experience (four additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree).

f) Six years of which is experience as an All Source Intelligence Analyst or their comparable Area of Concentration for Enlisted, Warrant Officers, or Officers from the Army, Air Force, Space Force, Navy, or Marine Corps, two years of which is experience is in training development using the ADDIE process (preferred).

Summary

The IT Business Intelligence Analyst II partners with business and APS managers to understand and prioritize data and information requirements. Focuses on design and support of business intelligence ("BI") applications and architecture. Solves technical problems and optimizes performance of business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index.

Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field and 5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.

+ Requires strong technical knowledge within a job area or system and basic knowledge across related technical areas

Must provide performance-oriented training using the TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction (POI). The full spectrum of training includes but is not limited to: classroom (platform and small group) training; hands-on/practical exercise training; role playing; simulation/virtual training; and field exercise training. Training may be for resident and non-resident training courses and in support of mobile training. Shall also participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSPs) to remedy any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction. Conduct of instruction shall also be in support of specialized training requirements or the training of new systems.

**Here’s what you’ll need** :

a) TOP SECRET clearance with access to SCI.

b) Experience with Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), Military Symbology, the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), briefings, analytical writing, Targeting, experience operating current automated Intelligence Information Processing Systems, and operating Distributed Common Ground Station – Army (DCGS-A) Portable – Multifunction Workstation (P-MFWS) or Capability Drop 1 (CD-1).

c) Able to obtain NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS accounts.

d) Able to obtain a valid U.S. Passport and International Driver’s License.

e) Eight years of applicable experience (six additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree).

f) Six years of which is experience as an All Source Intelligence Analyst or their comparable Area of Concentration for Enlisted, Warrant Officers, or Officers from the Army, Air Force, Space Force, Navy, or Marine Corps, two years of which is experience is in training development using the ADDIE process (preferred).

g) Instructor certified meeting TRADOC standards with NET/DTT experience preferred, especially delivering training for new systems.

As a Business Intelligence Leader, you own all aspects of the clients Business Intelligence strategy and tactical execution. Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

* eight (8) years of relevant work experience including

* three (3) years of project management/leadership experience

* Working knowledge of Distributed Parallel Processing Environments such as Spark or Snowflake

* Working knowledge of problem solving/root cause analysis on Production workloads

**Overview**

The Business Intelligence Analyst utilizes resources to support revenue-generation staff to become both knowledgeable and proficient in account management and support through Deltek GovWinIQ. All duties and responsibilities will be performed by the Business Intelligence Analyst per the Core Values of Cayuse.

**Responsibilities**

+ Use of business intelligence for greater account and opportunity knowledge

+ Development of detailed / comprehensive account plans for each Business Development staff member

+ Updating our pipeline tools for registering and developing new opportunities

+ Business Intelligence Research that supports the Opportunity Gate Review Process

+ Reaching a gate threshold process that provides enough intelligence for a concise BNB decision by management

+ Application of a CRM tool to retain and maintain key account information

+ Business Intelligence Development/Usage

+ Working with management to prioritize business and information needs

**Qualifications**

+ Four-year Degree from Accredited University

+ Two years’ Work Experience in a Field Conducting Research, analytics, and customer service

+ Experience with Government Contracting

+ Expert Internet Navigation Skills

+ Comprehensive working knowledge of GSA EBuy, Deltek GovWinIQ, SAM, Seaport NXG, and other procurement sites preferred
