Description:
This role can be performed partially remotely, but still demands onsite presence and the ability to communicate effectively with both field and design teams
•Ensure models comply with the customer specifications, conventions, as well as local/national codes
•Model at LOD-400 to industry standards and guidelines for the region
•Generate construction documents and shop drawings from Revit models
•Navigate complicated file structures and documentation using SharePoint
•Participate in BIM coordination meetings, provide information and reconcile clashes
•Walk the installation site with team to identify preferred routing and access issues as needed*
•Walk post installation for as-built verifications, measurement taking/camera use as needed*
•Walks are moderate distances sometimes involving stairs, ladders, and clean environment gowning
•Required skill in Navisworks Manage for clash detection, coordination, and take-offs
•Robust organization, detailed QAQC, ability to manage multiple project start/stops
•Impeccable communication and teamwork
•Experience with Bluebeam and Bluebeam Studio experience for shop drawings, field drawings, and routing diagrams
•Experience reading P&IDs, PMDs, IFC packages, one-lines and cut-sheets
•Familiarity with various AEC cloud collaboration platforms (BIM360, Procore, etc.)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Create accurate 3D models using Autodesk Revit
• Ensure models comply with the customer specifications, conventions, as well as local/national codes
• Model at LOD-400 to industry standards and guidelines for the region

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency as a Revit Modeler, particularly in the electrical and mechanical trades, semi-conductor plant experience is a plus
• Required skill in Navisworks Manage for clash detection, coordination, and take-offs
• Robust organization, detailed QAQC, ability to manage multiple project start/stops
• Impeccable communication and teamwork
