**Primary Purpose**

The Operations Coordinator communicates daily transportation activities to the team to ensure service and delivery goals are achieved on time. This position can be responsible for various aspects of dispatch including fielding incoming calls from employees and customers, routing of drivers, and account/customer resolution.

**Essential Functions**

+ Communicate information and instructions to drivers (schedules, route changes, road conditions, accidents, emergencies, etc.) informing them of a variety of situations that may impact their scheduled services or deliveries

+ Handle all customer call-ins and updates customer on expected delivery/service times

+ Make outgoing calls to customers regarding issues such as locked gates and missed services

+ Support drivers during reported emergencies and provide appropriate resources to assist with issues

+ Work with the customer service department on scheduling deliveries or services

+ Post route & pick-ups and deliveries and sequences routes & pick up and deliveries as needed

+ Review driver manifests at end of day to ensure that pencil notes have been documented and work with drivers to capture delivery/service information

+ Conduct route check in to ensure that all information on the manifest is accurate and complete so that it can be posted properly

+ Keep Operations Manager updated on issues and resolution of issues

A Dispatcher role here can wear many hats and be a challenging position but also very rewarding. When working with our Dispatch team, it requires both physical and mental abilities in order to ensure efficient scheduling for all of our clients. This role requires strong clerical and administrative productivity, as you will be listening and speaking to people (at times in a state of distress) by phone or email. The job role requires the skill to create strong relationships with your surrounding team and with the clients who you will be in communication with regularly. He or She must be able to remain calm and professional when resolving escalations.

The Stadium Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching cleaners to assigned areas of responsibility during or after events. **Job Description:**

This individual will support the flight operations of our company aircraft by providing scheduling and dispatching services. As such, this individual will need to have a passion to delight by delivering exceptional, consistent, and personalized service that is expected and deserved.

The responsibilities and duties will consist of the following:

+ Interact and provide direct support to senior management of the bank to assist with the scheduling/coordinating and dispatching of future travel requests.

+ Provide logistical support and ensuring trip coordination, planning and execution of all requirements at the direction of the Manager of Scheduling.

+ Scheduling aircrew and aircraft for upcoming travel.

+ Provide documentation for aircrew and passenger travel, ensuring compliance for all country customs and immigration laws.

+ Maintain all records of trips, including aircraft and crew data and statistics.

+ Evaluate, with assistance from flight crew, all the risk factors and adjusting the trip as necessary to maintain a high level of safety.

+ Analyze all aircraft and flight crew activities to ensure maximum flight hours are not exceeded.

+ Provide administrative support to the Aviation Department as directed.

+ Responsible for reporting any unsafe condition(s) or personnel action to the designated Safety Officer or designee.

**Requirements Experiences/Skills:**

+ Must have 3+ years of Flight Scheduling/Dispatching experiences - highly prefer prior PART 91/135 operations experience.

+ FAA dispatcher license or Commercial Pilots license with instrument rating as a minimum or ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) license.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of aviation weather, FAA regulations and aircraft performance.

+ Be a self-starter, and self-motivated with exceptional judgment skill to exceed in a high-pressure environment.

+ Strong MS office experiences (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – Access exp is desired).

+ Previous experience with aviation scheduling software (Professional Flight Management – PFM is preferred)
