    **Job Description Summary**

    Responsible for appraisal reviews on residential real estate appraisal reports of 1 - 4 unit properties. Ensure timely, accurate and cost effective support of the Bank's residential real estate lending function.

    **Essential Job Functions**

    + Performs appraisal reviews for 1 - 4 unit residential appraisals for quality assurance, risk assessment, regulatory and investor compliance.

    + Adhere to USPAP requirements, Investor guidelines, and ensure credibility of the appraisals being reviewed.

    + Remain proficient in BOW UW guidelines, as they apply to the collateral for the loan.
