+ Prep the mold tracks for each run

+ Program setting on depositor PLC

+ Prepare the line between batches (clean conveyor belt, stack trays, position charts, etc.)

+ Collect the gummies as they exit the conveyor and spread evenly on the tray

+ Stack the filled tray onto the assigned carts starting from top to bottom

+ Perform quality weight checks and document on Batch Record

+ Inform the Depositor immediately if any of your quality weight checks are out of spec

+ After run is complete, weigh each tray and cover the tray with plastic

+ Fill out necessary paperwork and bring them to the designated Dry Room

Skills & Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years old)

+ Previous manufacturing experience with 2 years minimum experience in food manufacturing and/or packaging, pharmaceutical or other cGMP manufacturing and/or packaging, chemical processing and/or laboratory environment.

The Concrete Production Worker is a key position at Jensen Precast. From start to finish you are responsible for the production of quality precast concrete products. Working in the production plant you will be on your feet moving quickly through the tasks of your day helping us meet customer needs.

Reporting to our production supervisor, you’ll primarily work with the production, quality control and yard teams.

Job Summary: Constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of various materials using both manual and power tools and conforming to local building codes. This position is titled Carpenter, but Carpenter is just a small part of the job. We do industrial/Public Works, and the Carpenter is an integral part of working alongside the crews and helping wherever needed.

Duties:

+ Take direction from supervisor on dimensions to build and set forms.

+ Select, cut, shape, and assemble lumber and other structural units using manual and power tools.

+ Build concrete forms and pour and finish concrete.

+ Verify trueness/accuracy of structures.

+ Move supplies, materials, and equipment from one area of project site to another either manually or using lifting/transferring equipment.

+ Maintain awareness of safety rules and procedures.

+ Identify safety hazards and report to project supervisors.

+ Perform additional assignments at supervisor’s direction.

Experience & Competencies:

+ Minimum of 2 years experience as a carpenter in a heavy civil construction environment

+ Ability to compare and see differences in the size, shape, and form of lines, figures, and objects

+ Ability to read and understand construction measurements, quantities, scales and dimensions

+ Must have basic competencies in mathematics and be able to perform math operations rapidly and accurately
