Responsibilities

+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, and Slingshots

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals

+ Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers

+ Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality

+ Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction

**Responsibilities:**

• Working Safely and follow all protocols to remain safe while working in a chemical factory. Understand the basics that are required within the OSHA 30.

• Working closely with Experienced Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Technicians in a semiconductor facility.

• Maintaining System and equipment balance during new installations and the de-installation of old process equipment.

• Troubleshooting issues that come from designs not being able to be met on the air requirements of the process equipment.

• Working as a team and keeping each other accountable and safe. No one should go home in any other condition than equal to or better than when they arrived at work that day.

• Assists in emergencies as needed in the evening and / or weekends when the customer needs it.

**Qualifications:**

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be a Sheetmetal workers Union #359 member or be willing to sign up for the apprentice program as a Union #359 member. Membership must be maintained throughout the tenure of work.

• Must pass a drug screening (including THC) given to be able to be dispatched.

We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators and coach body repairs. Someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. A successful Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. A successful Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs.

Essential Job Functions:

+ Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers

+ Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance

+ Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements

+ Keep supervisor appraised of work progress

+ Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee

+ Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers

Essential Job Skills:

+ Certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is certainly helpful but, we also consider applicable work experience

+ Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred RVIA certification helpful but not required

+ RVIA certification helpful but not required

+ Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment

+ Possible exposure to environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness

+ Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending

+ Must furnish own hand/shop tools

+ Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

+ Valid driver's license

+ May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

+ Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

+ Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment

The hourly rate for this role is: $15.00-56.00. Includes overtime potential and variable income.

**Overview**

The HVAC Technician II performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license

• Must possess HVAC license in the state, county or city jurisdiction in which work will be performed

• Must possess EPA Universal certification credentials

• Must have refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification

• 5 years (5) years of HVAC experience are required

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as an HVAC Journeyman is required.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Five (5) years of HVAC experience is preferred

**Responsibilities:**

• Troubleshoot, calibrate and adjust pilots, thermostats and burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches and controls on electrical systems

• Use common tools of the HVAC trade in daily work (e.g multimeter, refrigerant gauges, charging charts, hand tools etc.)

• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment

• Identify maintenance risks on equipment

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems

• Clean, adjust and repair systems, and performs warranty services

• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently

• Provide technical direction and on-the-job training

• Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions

• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act

• Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements

• Assist with customer queries inquiries

• Complete other duties as assigned
