    We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in all phases of large scale roofing project management. Qualified candidates will have experience and enjoy providing onsite leadership while maintaining managing timely and efficient quality control and safety.

    Commercial roofing production management is Required for consideration.

    Purpose: The Project Manager needs the ability to effectively manage projects, while maximizing efficiency of roof system installation according to company expectations regarding safety and quality workmanship.

    + Management of assigned projects including coordination/supervision of employees and subcontractors.

    + Direct communication with staff, management, customers and vendors.

    + Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while calmly track multiple ongoing projects.

    + Monitor projects with respect to current status and time and materials

    + Coordinate preparation of operating reports such as time and attendance records, budget expenditures and statistical records of performance data

    + Maintain communication with project contacts regarding scheduling.
