    How you will lead

    Drive end to end global asset optimization and financial management to support reduction of cost and complexity of the asset environment, including:

    + Create, manage and constantly improve operational processes, procedures (playbooks) and dashboards ensuring consistency of service delivery of all tech assets managed within the global portfolio.

    + Own the core processes in partnership with the Asset Management Leadership Team required to manage the global asset management service delivery offering.

    + Proactively maintain tech equipment forecasts and inventory levels to ensure we always have the right supply of technology hardware and peripherals to keep Intuit growing.

    + Assist in financial planning for capital and expense spending to optimize the useful life of assets

    + Plan for equipment end of life and worker tech hardware refresh

    + Monitor tech assets ordered, escalate non-receipt with suppliers and manage all open purchase orders with key partners in sourcing and finance.
