    How you will lead

    Drive end to end global asset optimization and financial management to support reduction of cost and complexity of the asset environment, including:

    + Create, manage and constantly improve operational processes, procedures (playbooks) and dashboards ensuring consistency of service delivery of all tech assets managed within the global portfolio.

    + Own the core processes in partnership with the Asset Management Leadership Team required to manage the global asset management service delivery offering.

    + Proactively maintain tech equipment forecasts and inventory levels to ensure we always have the right supply of technology hardware and peripherals to keep Intuit growing.

    + Assist in financial planning for capital and expense spending to optimize the useful life of assets

    + Plan for equipment end of life and worker tech hardware refresh

    + Monitor tech assets ordered, escalate non-receipt with suppliers and manage all open purchase orders with key partners in sourcing and finance.

    + Partner with other analysts in and outside of the organization to ensure Asset Management has a seat at the table when needed

    + Management of tech hardware e-waste programs including:

    + Maintaining relationship with disposal partners

    + Track revenue recovered from disposed devices

    + Monitor proof of sanitization and proof of destruction artifacts for every asset.

    Drive automation and self service of Asset Management activities to reduce process cycle times, increase accuracy and drive efficient cost savings

    Work closely with other Service Management process owners to ensure effective touch points with ITSM processes such as Incident, Request, and Configuration Management

    Build and maintain ITSM workflows and user notifications in ServiceNow for key Asset Management processes such as laptop refresh, reclaim and recovery

    Create and update knowledge articles for team processes and procedures

    Partner with Endpoint Management to identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience through problem identification and resolution associated with technology hardware

    Provide KPI/Metric dashboards and standardized reporting on a scheduled basis together with unscheduled reporting as requested

    Complete special projects as assigned by Service Management leadership and infrastructure team managers
