    **Key Responsibilities**

    + Drive full-cycle sales processes from demand generation through opportunity management to final close.

    **The Role**

    The Senior Project Manager (PM) for Relocation and Road Move Construction Reimbursements is the primary single point of contact for managing contract agreements, invoicing, and tracking reimbursements through various online tools, programs, and financial systems. The Senior Project Manager must learn, understand, and apply state and company policies for Public and Private Rights of Way in regard to telecommunications utilities. Senior Project Manager’s validate the provided scope of work details and identify unique project requirements.     **The Main Responsibilities**

    **What We Look For in a Candidate**

    Ameresco has a new opportunity for a site Construction Project Manager to join our West Constructions Operations team in support of the final design, construction, and successful implementation of multimillion-dollar energy efficiency projects. NOTE: This position will support projects on-site and will require a 30-50% % travel commitment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide daily construction, administrative and technical management of renewable construction projects delivering energy savings for public, institutional, government and commercial customers.

    + Assist the Senior Project Manager as required with project accounting, budgeting, project schedule and tracking, reporting quality management and internal communications.

    + Ensure compliance with Company’s financial policies and procedures to include revenue recognition policies and project set up rules. Serve and assist as a liaison between the business office and operations.

    + Direct interface with Ameresco customers managing customer service, relationships and contractual obligations.

    + Assist the Engineering and Development team and the Senior Project Manager in project design and development including scope, subcontractor selection, cost estimation, installation and project scheduling.

    + Regularly monitor assigned project performance and cost estimates to forecast estimates through to project completion for reasonableness against plans and actual expense rate.

    + Review subcontractor and vendor bids solicited by the Senior Project Manager to help determine scope, schedule, timely delivery for all project related materials, equipment and construction services.

    + Assist the Senior Project Manager in managing vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality control, project delivery on time and on budget while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

    + Directly manage construction managers (site supervisors) as assigned to ensure quality control, project delivery on time and on budget while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

    + Maintain and update project schedules to reflect current information, monitor critical path activities and tracking of outstanding items.

    + Provide a detailed two-week look schedule to facilitate customer coordination and planning.

    + Assist the Senior Project Manager in managing project expenditures and job cost accounting processes: including accuracy, documentation, approvals, payment reporting, monthly forecasting and tracking.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    Additional Qualifications:

    + Demonstrated experience with several of the following energy efficiency disciplines - direct digital energy controls systems, variable frequency drives, high efficiency motors, central plant chiller and boiler installations, lighting retrofits, renewable energy technology, warranty and service requirements preferred.

    + Proven experience with OSHA safety standards, mechanical and electrical systems development, engineering, and project management regulations, practices, and codes.
