**Position Summary**

Located in our Tucson, Arizona facility, the Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational availability of a wide array of manufacturing and production equipment. You will apply your technical skills to install, maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems.

Maintenance Technicians are also the first-responding problem solvers who manage machine breakdown recoveries to keep production running.

**Principle Accountabilities**

+ Diagnose equipment failures, find the root cause, and communicate actions taken to the rest of the team.

+ Responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting/repair, cleanliness, and escalation of assigned equipment.

+ Perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds.

+ Use manufacturing systems effectively.

+ Work with cross functional groups to resolve maintenance issues, improve equipment reliability, review procedures, and minimize equipment downtime.

+ Recommend countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns.

+ Build a strong relationship with machine operators.

+ Organize and maintain a high degree of cleanliness in the maintenance area as well as performing spares inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

**Job Description:**

This individual will support the flight operations of our company aircraft by providing scheduling and dispatching services. As such, this individual will need to have a passion to delight by delivering exceptional, consistent, and personalized service that is expected and deserved.

The responsibilities and duties will consist of the following:

+ Interact and provide direct support to senior management of the bank to assist with the scheduling/coordinating and dispatching of future travel requests.

+ Provide logistical support and ensuring trip coordination, planning and execution of all requirements at the direction of the Manager of Scheduling.

+ Scheduling aircrew and aircraft for upcoming travel.

+ Provide documentation for aircrew and passenger travel, ensuring compliance for all country customs and immigration laws.

+ Maintain all records of trips, including aircraft and crew data and statistics.

+ Evaluate, with assistance from flight crew, all the risk factors and adjusting the trip as necessary to maintain a high level of safety.

+ Analyze all aircraft and flight crew activities to ensure maximum flight hours are not exceeded.

+ Provide administrative support to the Aviation Department as directed.

+ Responsible for reporting any unsafe condition(s) or personnel action to the designated Safety Officer or designee.

**Requirements Experiences/Skills:**

+ Must have 3+ years of Flight Scheduling/Dispatching experiences - highly prefer prior PART 91/135 operations experience.

+ FAA dispatcher license or Commercial Pilots license with instrument rating as a minimum or ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) license.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of aviation weather, FAA regulations and aircraft performance.

+ Be a self-starter, and self-motivated with exceptional judgment skill to exceed in a high-pressure environment.

+ Strong MS office experiences (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – Access exp is desired).

+ Previous experience with aviation scheduling software (Professional Flight Management – PFM is preferred)

About the Maintenance Technician Role

We’re looking for a talented maintenance technician who will be responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities and Objectives

+ Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to the following: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance as dictated by state guidelines.

+ Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair.

+ Perform various proactive preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator and more.

+ Maintain work order system by verifying all orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards and the resident’s satisfaction.

+ Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and/or other inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods.

Maintenance Technician- Nights

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth

troubleshooting and repair. The Maintenance Technician performs troubleshooting and repair of all

production equipment including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers,

conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. The Maintenance Technician also performs

troubleshooting and repair of facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as chillers, air compressors,

Reverse Osmosis, other water filtration equipment and general maintenance of the plant. The

Maintenance Technician works directly with machine Operators, Supervisors, Preventative Maintenance

Mechanics and Sr. Maintenance Technicians to resolve mechanical issues that arise during shift. The

Maintenance Technician proposes solutions to complex and reoccurring problems on production

equipment to Sr. Mechanics and Management to resolve issues.

Essential Functions

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical

drawings and testing equipment

• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at facility

• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment in accordance with Niagara’s defined processes

• Maintain industrial control systems

• Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs in a safe and timely manner

About the Maintenance Technician Role

We’re looking for a talented maintenance technician who will be responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities and Objectives
