    **Summary:**

    + Assembles, repairs, and fabricates metal parts by operating mechanical equipment. Assembles parts into sub-units or complete units. Uses blueprints and design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product.

    JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE

    Facilitate all technical complex machining functions.     * Load programs and be able to do basic manipulation to ensure high quality parts
    * Feed raw material or parts to a semi- automated machine
    * Perform QA protocol by inspecting parts with precision measuring tools to given specifications
    * Trouble shoot & fix basic issues that may occur
    * Recalibrate machines at the end of each shift

    REQUIREMENTS


    * Able to read, comprehend, and execute technical instructions per blueprints provided
    * Self- directed- able to work efficiently with little direct instructions
    * Understanding of production procedures
    * 2+ years of experience on the operation of CNC Turret punches (Murata C2000 & 2500), 80-110 ton Hydraulic Brake Presses (Cincinnati & Accubrake), Hydraulic Shears (Cincinnati & Accushear).
    * Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred
