Associates in a Business Process Data Steward (BPDS) role work closely with one or more Business Process Owners, the functional Business Process Leader (BPL) for Planning, and Domain Data Champions managing enterprise business processes and the data created or transformed during process development and sustainment. This role is aligned to theFabrics Division (FAB) focusing on business processes and data associated witheCommerce and the MarTech stack.

    Responsibilities:

    BusinessProcess


    * Define businessprocess options and data management programs to meet business needs/outcomeswithin the context of marketing and Order-to-Cash (e.g., Webstores, EDI,Digital Asset Management, Marketing Automation, Consent, PIM) for FAB
    * Partner with appropriate FAB Sales &Marketing leadership teams to translate global business/functional strategiesinto process requirements aligning with functional vision and strategy; serveas a divisional advocate for business process and data change impacts
    * Partner with BPO/DTs to implement/document aharmonized set of end-to-end business processes and systems solutions while leading the development and sustainment of more detailed businessprocess documentation for divisional execution of and alignment to theenterprise business process
    * Collaborate with BPO/DT to define businessprocess KPI's to serve as indicators of process health. Build sustainment model to include reviewing/monitoringbusiness process health metrics and identify areas of concern or opportunitiesfor improvement related to the Enterprise level set of harmonized businessprocesses and systems solutions
    * Support the BPO/DT in developing andimplementing training programs; lead the effort to train and guide FABassociates on how to properly perform the process (Support learningorganization)

    Data Management


    * Identify and guide the development andsustainment of detailed data process documentation for divisional execution ofand alignment to FAB marketing/order-to-cash enterprise business processes
