Pinal Hispanic Council (PHC) offers a complete and integrated continuum of behavioral health services. This allows individuals to be placed in the most appropriate level of treatment for their needs, with maneuverability to other services depending on specific situations. PHC hires qualified and competent behavioral health staff to accurately assess, diagnose and treat most mental health and substance abuse problems.
