The Power of Giving Back to our Communities At FTG, we value community and understand the importance of giving back. Aside from our corporate sponsorships, our employees work just as hard to give back to their communities as we do and it’s our goal to encourage that. Our paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) and Charitable Donation Matching Programs allow employees to engage in the community as well as numerous nonprofit organizations across the nation. However, we pride ourselves in participating in local events – from supporting the kids at Sunshine Acres Children’s home to hosting larger fundraising events.
