Resumes are reviewed and selected candidates are called for an interview. If all goes well during the interview we will present the candidate with a job offer. Once the offer is accepted a pre-employment drug test and background check will be conducted. Once the results of the screenings are received and reviewed a start date will be set with the candidate. Orientation, safety and quality training will be conducted on the first day of employment.
