We are looking for candidates that want to expand their knowledge in the industry. AerSale offers a large variety in the day to day work with a large array of commercial aircraft on site. Additionally we have Line Maintenance sector and a Reclamation sector on property. Facility is open 7:00 am to midnight seven (7) days a week. There are 1st & 2nd shift available.
From the signing of your offer letter, the hiring process typically takes two weeks. Candidates must pass background and DOT testing. Your first two days are spent attending Indoc, then mechanics are ready to hit the floor..
