Your local community college partners are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity to showcase the Credit Assistance Specialist role offered at Bank of America. What to expect: The first 30 minutes will include an introduction about working at Bank of America. From there we will transition to line of business leaders and recruiters to discuss day-to day in the role, the application process and how to prepare for a job as a credit assistance specialist. Job description: This job is responsible for providing credit assistance and solutions to our clients. Key responsibilities include handling primarily outbound calls for credit products at any stage of delinquency or risk, including pre-charge off, and recovery. Job expectations include leveraging problem solving competencies, sound judgement and decision making while maintaining collections compliance guidelines, and providing exceptional client service and empathy meeting both the bank's and client needs. *This is an in-office, full-time (40 hours) role with 1st & 2nd shifts available* Session date: Wednesday February 12, 2025 Time: 3-4pm Eastern Time Zone (2-3pm Central Time Zone, 1-2pm Mountain Time Zone, 12-1pm Pacific Time Zone) Registration Deadline: Tuesday February 11, 2025 Future offerings: This series is the first of several that will be offered throughout the year to help you learn more about different roles available at Bank of America.
