The Global Office of Culture, Diversity and Inclusion’s (CDI) mission is to create an inclusive culture where all associates are engaged to deliver on our purpose – every day. Each year, our U.S. stores and clubs award local cash grants ranging from $250 to $5,000. These local grants are designed to address the unique needs of the communities where we operate. They include a variety of organizations, such as animal shelters, elder services and community clean-up projects. In FY2019, our stores and clubs provided more than $42 million in local grants. Hiring process starts once you have applied and it is determined you are a fit for the role. You would be contacted by phone or email to set up an interview. Once passing the interview, passing a background check and depending on job a Drug Test you would be called in for orientation and to start the job.
