Our Vision: Everyone Included. By fostering a workplace culture where everyone is – and feels – included, everyone wins. Associates are happier, perform at their best, and in turn, provide better service to our customers and members.

Each year, our U.S. stores and clubs award local cash grants ranging from $250 to $5,000. These local grants are designed to address the unique needs of the communities where we operate. They include a variety of organizations, such as animal shelters, elder services and community clean-up projects. In FY2019, our stores and clubs provided more than $42 million in local grants. Hiring process starts once you have applied and it is determined you are a fit for the role. You would be contacted by phone or email to set up an interview. Once passing the interview, passing a background check and depending on job a Drug Test you would be called in for orientation and to start the job.
