We are an independent insurance agency located in Phoenix Arizona. We offer all types of insurance coverage options to our clients in Arizona; that includes but isn't limited auto and homeowners insurance, life insurance, motorcycle insurance and more!
Each one of our clients is given a dedicated team of experts that work together to proficiently address all of your insurance needs.
The ideal candidate will have the following: • Highschool graduate or equivalent • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred • Business, marketing and administrative knowledge preferred • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening • People-oriented • Self-motivated • Detail oriented • Proactive in problem-solving • Ability to multi-task • Ability to make presentations to potential customers • Ability to execute a detailed business plan • Willing to learn and progress in field
Interview process is as follows: • Round 1: phone screening • Round 2: in person interview • Passing of background check
