We are currently sponsoring a golf tournament that benefits Phoenix-based Project Roots, a 501(c)(3) non-profit community garden, that feeds the homeless and educates the community about growing food. We plan to do various events throughout the year for other communities.

Someone that has good moral character. Pays attention to detail. Has the ability to perform manual labor while sitting/standing for extended periods of time. Has a passion for the cannabis industry. Must be hardworking and dependable. Enjoys working in a team environment and occasionally independently. Flexible and adaptable. Ability to listen well and communicate effectively orally and in writing with various audiences.

We have a traditional, yet simple hiring process. Once your application is submitted, our recruiting team will reach out to conduct a phone screen. Depending on the position you apply/qualify for, you may have 1-3 additional interviews. Most positions at Hana only have one in person or video interview, then a hiring decision is made. If selected, you'll receive an offer letter and the onboarding process begins!
