Overview
one•n•ten is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving and assisting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) youth ages 11 to 24. From weekly discussion groups to fun, social networking events. We create a safe space, mentally and physically, for youth of all socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. We also offer resources to promote healthy choices and living. Youth with particular needs have the option to speak with peers or volunteers one-on-one, in a supervised setting. We provide youth with a variety of tools and opportunities to improve self-esteem and self-acceptance.
one•n•ten provides benefit programs to enhance the employees physical, emotional, and financial well-being. We are committed to supporting our staff with an emphasis on Self-Care, Wellness & Employee Assistance Programs. Our work environment is meant to recharge and inspire a high level of collaboration between Departments. We are an inclusive work community focused on learning and development, as well as social impact and volunteer opportunities.
one-n-ten believes in the power of partnerships and giving back to our local community members. We have several partner agencies that support our efforts and enhance our ability to provide resources to our LGBTQ+ youth and families. Additionally, we seek Outreach opportunites that better connect our youth to valualbe information including: navigating a name change, safe space counselors, housing navigation, and workforce development. Our community involvement aims to make a direct impact on the well being of the LGBTQ+ youth we serve.

Our Mission is to serve LGBTQ+ youth and young adults ages 11-24. We enhance their lives by providing empowering social and service programs that promote self-expression, self-acceptance, leadership development, and healthy life choices.
