REQUIREMENTS:

Must be licensed in Arizona as an SLPA
Must possess or be able to obtain a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Must have a Valid Drivers License
Must have reliable transportation to travel to members homes or community locations
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
DUTIES:

Provide ongoing treatment for members in their home and community locations based on their Certified Plan of Care
Educate and train parents and caregivers on how to support the member with their goals
Collaborate with other therapists on the members team and supervisors
Document SOAP notes electronically
Document progress reports electronically
Must be a Self-Starter
Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, families, supervisors, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary
