KUBRA is looking for a motivated Software Developer (Java) to join our growing team!
As a Software Developer you will be focused on implementing enterprise customer experience management software for our clients.
KUBRA's hiring efforts will continue during the COVID-19 pandemic. Any face-to-face stages of our interview process will be virtual via video conference.
+ Find solutions for converting client requirements into product implementations
+ Write code and contribute to the software architecture of a highly concurrent, high-throughput system
+ Contribute to design of new functionality and expand existing functionality
+ Collaborate with Product Development teams and management on product roadmap and architecture development plans
+ Act as an implementation team lead in communication with clients and collaboration with Project Managers, Software Engineers, and designers
+ Help train and mentor other Software Engineers
+ Manage a number of projects and tasks using a variety of technologies
+ Travel to visit clients throughout North America to participate in design sessions and deliver technical presentations and training
+ Other duties as assigned
+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills and an ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism in all client communications
+ Problem-solving and analytical skills are critical
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java environments
+ Leadership experience is preferred
+ Experience with Amazon AWS cloud facilities such as EC2, S3, and RDS is preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
+ Master’s degree is preferred
+ Proficiency in Java and object-oriented design, with knowledge of Spring and Java EE
+ Experience in Java concurrency and Relational databases
