Strategy, Digital & Innovation (SDI) is responsible for Corporate Strategy and its Digital and Innovation teams. The group positions Wells Fargo for the future by enhancing the company's focus on planning for the digital future and investing in the customer experience. The group leads corporate strategic planning; defines and manages digital platform standards and capabilities; and manages innovation priorities, opportunities, and companywide efforts to drive transformation. The team works closely with the company's Technology Group and business lines to deliver digital solutions and innovation to customers that are integrated, intuitive, and seamless across channels.

**About this role:**

Innovation and SDI Operations is seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager - Business Requirements Mentor to lead and support Business Analysts on various digital efforts for Commercial Banking/Corporate & Investment Banking, Financial Health, Consumer Experience and Personalization.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact

+ Act as key participant in large-scale planning

+ Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area

+ Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors

+ Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

+ Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

+ Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

+ Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor


+ Define and document how our Business Analysts (BAs) need to adopt Agile principles set by coaches.

+ Support our BAs Agile Q&A sessions.

+ Teach and help enforce the role of BAs.

+ Help SCRUM teams define the analysis strategy for a specified Product Increment.

+ Define the solution for Agile requirements analysis problems.

+ Coach BAs to help them resolve business analysis issues and improve their skills.

+ Enhance internal client relations by addressing feedback on business analysis issues.

+ Regularly interview and assess skills of BAs (both employees and contractor resources).

+ Orient and mentor BAs who are new to our team.

**Required Qualifications, US:**

+ 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ 5+ years of relevant business analysis experience in the financial or banking industry.

+ 5+ years on working on digital efforts. Strong knowledge of process for developing web applications using an Agile methodology.

+ 5+ years of Agile experience (SCRUM, Agile tools).

+ 3+ years of mentoring Business Analysts.

+ 3+ years of experience with data analysis.

+ 3+ years of UML and process modeling.

+ 2+ years of interviewing and assessing skills of Business Analysts.

+ BA/BS degree in information science, business administration or other applicable degree.

+ Wells Fargo experience is highly desirable.

+ Knowledge of Banking Industry Architecture Network ( BIAN) is highly desirable.

+ Experience writing effective business requirements for a Microservice and Micro Frontend is highly desirable.

+ Experience using a Requirements repository tool is highly desirable.

**Job Expectations:**

+ Ability to work from one of the stated office locations at least 3 days/week.

+ Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
