+ Leverage market and user data to inform product requirements and prioritization
+ Use that data to partner with our Design and Engineering teams to define, refine and deliver a world-class experience
+ Collaborate and partner with teams across Microsoft to build support for solutions and partner on the right architectural approach
+ Lead a group of Marketing, Design, and other engineers to design and build the solution
+ Exercise technical judgment and influence to ensure alignment with related products and technology
+ Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for clarity
This position requires excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership capabilities. The right person will have a passion for taking on hard problems, have demonstrated experience as a creative problem solver, and have an enthusiasm for helping others succeed. Solid design skills, technical capacity, customer focus, and the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to problems are essential.
+ 5+ years of product or program management experience delivering end-user facing products and services.
+ Passion for delivering customer-obsessed user experiences
+ Demonstrated success delivering user experiences
+ Demonstrated success delivering on complex projects
+ Demonstrated success driving strategic partner engagements
+ Experience working with both consumer and commercial customers.
+ Understanding of software development and engineering systems.
