Siemens EDA is

looking for self-motivated engineers to work in logic/physical synthesis and

timing optimization software development for the RTL synthesis tool.

**Role:** The candidate will

be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging

software programs in the RTL logic synthesis Tool with focus on logic

optimization techniques, timing driven netlist optimizations, interfacing with

synthesis and incremental timing engines to achieve competitive PPA on advanced

node technologies for RTL-2-GDSII flow. Candidate will work in close

coordination with cross geographical team to deliver innovative solutions and

enhance/maintain RTL logic synthesis tool features.

**Degree:** MS or Ph.D. in

Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degrees

**Experience:** Medium to Senior

Level

**Position Requirements:**

Knowledge of netlist

optimization, timing optimization and/or logic synthesis is required

Strong in programming

skill with working experience in C/C++, strong analytical and problem-solving

skill

Strong knowledge of

algorithm development, data structure designing and debugging skill

Strong Knowledge in

Verilog/System Verilog/VHDL will be preferred

Knowledge of

multithreaded and multi-processor implementation in Linux is a plus

Prior experience of

working on synthesis, physical design, and/or place & route software is

highly recommended

Prior experience

with large scale software development and team projects is highly recommended

Knowledge of Linux,

Tcl, and scripting language is a plus

Excellent English

language communication skill
