Internship Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our engagement team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing team and additional departments to support engagement and marketing campaigns through all stages of development and implementation. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing, technology enablement, and user engagement strategies . Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing for a small tech start-up and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

The company has asked students to work approximately 10-15 hours per week. Internships require a minimum of 80 hours of work throughout the internship.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:
Support engagement design and produce collateral materials for both Pipeline AZ and individual clients and stakeholders.
Audit, review and ensure quality and consistency of brand across materials
Draft written content and analyze performance metrics
Support marketing campaigns and strategy to increase user engagement
Use Canva and other digital design software to create branded collateral for clients
Organize Marketing Library and prepare “grab n’ go” kits for customers and stakeholders.
Updating and revising training materials; presentations; user guides etc.
Producing and designing individual visual elements and complete one-pagers.
Creating graphic representations of data and translating complex research into easily readable content for stakeholders and other departments
Preparing marketing materials and presentations based on company needs

Role Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
Ability to communicate information visually
Critical thinking

Technology
Familiar with user journey mapping and product development.

Academic Requirements
Business, Entrepreneurialism, and Management
Continuing Maricopa student
Maintain a minimum 2.5 G.P.A.
Ability to set up, configure, troubleshoot and resolve general computer/PC problems.
Have exceptional customer service skills
Strong interest in Computer and Information Technology field of study
Understanding of workforce platforms and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
General knowledge of Application Program Interface (API) integration
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented
