Job Description

• Convey conceptual ideas through hand and or computer-generated concept boards, matrices, spec plans, and renderings utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and other software programs.

• Create three-dimensional building information modeling and two-dimensional construction documentation using Revit and/or AutoCAD.

• Assist architectural project managers and interiors team in implementing environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards.

• Work in tandem with the architectural team in bringing human awareness to interior environments through space planning, adjusting matrices, FF&E coordination, and understanding of interiors design standards.

• Advise clients on interior design factors such as space utilization, spatial organization, integration of building systems, and utilization of furnishings and equipment, color schemes, and finishes.

• Assist with BOMA calculations for project manager review.

• Meet required deadlines, drawing quality standards, and exceed client expectations.

• Coordinate regularly with the Partner-in-Charge, project staff, Interiors team, and production staff

Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

1-2 Years experience relevant experience in interior design.

Revit design software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Basic knowledge of interior design principles, color theory, and spatial relationships.
