**Responsibilities**

Obtains moderately complex financial information regarding patients from various sources to obtain payment plan agreements and Medicare coverage

**Qualifications**

Six months of customer service experience in physician office or clinic. One year relevant experience in hospital environment preferred

High School Diploma/GED

American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider (CT CPRBLS)

Must have excellent communication abilities both written and verbal

Must exhibit kindness and a willingness to help

**Pay Range**

$18.00 - $20.38 /hour
