The Global Dealer Training & Productivity team helps dealers work smarter, not harder, with targeted training, data, strategy and more. Together, our team:

+ Ensures dealers have the content and training they need when they need it. Our focus is delivering unified coaching, a data-driven ecosystem and new productivity technologies so the right content, by the right people, reaches them at the right time.

+ Helps dealers become more strategic in diagnosing gaps and developing solutions

+ Equips dealers with what they need to succeed and help them develop into trusted advisors to customers

+ Works with dealers to improve business metrics, lower turnover, and increase customer satisfaction

+ Responds to a shifting customer base with diverse preferences to transform customer experiences

**What you'll do...**

The Digital Editor, Dealer Training & Productivity, will have the primary responsibility of helping us create creative content for our Ford and Lincoln content platforms. This candidate will produce work from start to finish and collaborate with others to create industry-leading content. You will use your talents in video editing, animation, color grading, sound, and visual effects to create compelling stories that make people want to keep watching. In addition, this individual will be required to participate in pre-production meetings and creative design meetings where they will help us generate content ideas. Some skills essential to this role include being able to edit video clips together in a captivating way, create animations, add visual effects, color grade footage, layer in music tracks, and sound effects. We will request a reel of your work that demonstrates your talents in the areas video editing, animation, graphics and sound editing.

This candidate will have the opportunity to edit engaging videos and lead our post-productions for Ford and Lincoln. They will also be able to flex their creative thinking skills by pitching ideas during creative design meetings. They will be a highly motivated, self-starter who needs little direction to help make the content come to life. They must be a team player who thinks positively, even when hurdles and unexpected obstacles arise. They are proactive and organized, but comfortable with ambiguity and aren’t afraid when things get messy. They prioritize well and can manage multiple projects at once. Finally, this candidate has a reel of their work that highlights their skills in the various areas of post-production.

+ Edit picture and sound, create animations, apply graphics and sound, and color grade on our Ford and Lincoln video content

+ Collaborate with various internal partners and multidisciplinary teams

+ Assist in project development by providing your creative input during creative design meetings

+ Ensure all work produced meets our needs, requirements, brand values, and guidelines

**You'll have...**

+ Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience

+ 2+ years’ experience in entertainment/marketing/advertising/training post-production

+ 2+ years of experience using Mac operating systems

+ 2+ years of experience in content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

+ Must have a current reel of your work that demonstrates your abilities within the various areas of post-production, including video editing, animation creation, graphics and sound editing

**Even better, you may have...**

+ 3+ years of professional experience in the entertainment or advertising post-production arenas

+ The ability to think creatively and offer input

+ Pays attention to detail, with an eye for consistency and delivery

+ Has a detailed approach and the ability to explain the rationale behind editing cuts

+ Comfortable in a creative, fast-paced environment with ambiguity and complexity

+ Proficient in MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

+ Proficient with Mac hardware and software systems

+ Capable to assist with producing graphics, and animations

+ Proficiency of storytelling through film editing

+ Must be able to take direction and execute based on the direction

+ Passionate about automotive and transportation industry

+ Strong verbal, written and visual presentation skills

+ The ability and understanding to behave professionally and considerately
