**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

The Custom Welder Fabricator is a key position in our Phoenix, Arizona branch. You’re primarily working outdoors, fabricating rebar cages for precast buildings.

Reporting to our Maintenance Foreman, you’ll primarily work with the production team.

A highlight of your day to day will include:

+ Fabricating metal parts and assemblies by cutting, burning, and welding various metals. Using welding machines, oxy- acetylene torches, plasma cutters, various hand and power tools, cranes, forklifts, and other lifting equipment.

+ Positioning, aligning, fitting and welding parts to form complete units, subunits or assemblies.

+ Inspecting completed work for conformance to specifications. Ensuring work products meet specifications, including dimensional criteria, squareness standards and weld call outs through personal checking of product.

+ Studying and reviewing production drawings to determine material requirements and task sequences.
